Bio:
Embyr was born in a small village in Yanxia. When she was a few years old, an unknown illness struck the village. The vllagers quickly began to fall sick and die. Her father was among the first to be struck by the illness and her mother shortly after. Poor little Embyr herself was dying as well when the Kami took pity on her and used their spiritual powers to help heal her. However, they gave her too much, turning her into a kitsune by accident.The Kami made sure Embyr was found by a scholar from Gridania, who had been visiting the area to research the flora and fauna. They took Embyr back home with them after searching in vain for anyone that might have known who she was and where she came from. She grew up in an orphanage in Gridania, quickly soaking up any knowledge she could get her hands on. She especially excelled regarding magic and herbs, and as such, she became accomplished in the arcance and healing arts.As an adult, Embyr travels around using her skills to help those in need. Whether they are sick and in need of healing or perhaps in need of protection while traveling. To most people, she appears to be a normal Miqote, but to those she trusts, her tail splits, and she shares her true form as a kitsune.
